It is located in the beautiful and idyllically situated Werfenweng, one of the 5 alpine pearls in Austria, only a few minutes' drive from the A10 and just a few minutes' walk from the centre. You look out the panoramic windows, from the large terrace or the two large balconies into the magnificent landscape: breathtaking! Just as Werfenweng scores with its ecological energy concept and soft mobility, an energy efficient heat pump in the house provides heating and warm water that is fed with over 95% reclaimable energy. Upon entering it will be apparent right away just how much space you have available for use on three floors. The living room with high-quality furnishings has been decorated with a love for detail and has a modern and open kitchen, a spacious seating area and a cosy dining area with direct access to the south-western part of the terrace. Each bedroom is carefully arranged and furnished with high-quality materials. Two of the four bedrooms have large private balconies, one bedroom has the terrace on its doorstep. The two baths, the shower room and the other, separate WC are modern. On the ground floor you will find the infrared sauna, proven to be very healthy and great for detoxing the body. In the winter season you can use the ski boot drier. The large garage, where you can also store your bikes, has space for two cars and two more cars can park in front of the house. You can reach the centre with one of the two cable car railways and explore the diverse, family-friendly skiing area on foot with 9 lifts and 27km of blue, red and a few black slopes, the start of the 57km slopes can be reached from the house on foot in three minutes, toboggan runs are also opening in the evening and for the little ones there is a conveyor belt and very low ski lifts. The swimming lake is 10 minutes away and an endless amount of hikes or mountain bike tours ranging from easy to challenging begin right at SonnenChalet Werfenweng. Explore the fantastic mountain landscape with its many cosy mountain huts that are highly recommended when it comes to culinary delights. Day tours in the surrounding area, the city of Salzburg, to Eisriesenwelt Werfen (a limestone cave), paragliding at the flight school directly in Werfenweng, horse-drawn sleigh and coach rides are bookable right at the doorstep -- all this is possible here or from here! Werfenweng has a lively family skiing area. If for one day you want no limits you can be in the middle of Ski Amadé, the largest skiing area of Europe, in less than 30 minutes. It encompasses 270 ski lifts and cable ways and more than 860 kilometres of slopes. Please note: the owner attaches great importance to a smoke-free home. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smokers are advised to smoke on the terrace rather than the balcony.
