This unique, luxurious lodge is located within walking distance of the town, at the edge of charming, well-known Wagrain. You will be the only occupants of the lodge, so privacy is guaranteed. The lodge has been tastefully decorated. This is showcased in all the details and the use of high-quality materials. The authentic details provide the house with a unique character that will have you feeling at home right away. You will be immediately struck by the sheer size of the rooms at your disposal. On the ground floor, there is an enormous living room with a cosy, wood-burning stove and an open kitchen furnished with modern equipment. Leaving the living room, you will walk out onto the large terrace, which boasts a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The small, second terrace is covered. On the ground floor, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has also been completed. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All the double beds are of Swiss Sense and have a size of 180x210 cm. Experience total luxury in the jacuzzi, which is located on the terrace in the fresh air. You are welcome to use it for a small fee. The home is loaded with amenities, such as the amazing basement game room for younger guests. There is an enormous wardrobe, a double garage and carport, as well as a separate ski room with a drying rack for ski boots. The town of Wagrain is well known and well loved, both in summer and in winter. The ski area is connected to Flachau on one side and to Alpendorf St. Johann on the other. The ski bus stops very close to the home. Its location at the edge of town means that you will have access to all kinds of facilities, such as for dining, shopping, and nightlife, within fairly close proximity.
