You'll find this pleasant and spacious holiday home directly by the piste and within walking distance from nice and well-know Rauris. You'll be renting part of this house. The holiday home is currently being renovated and it will be a very luxurious accommodation equipped with all modern comforts. You can book this magnificent, newly finished holiday home for a stay from November 2018. The location is perfect, especially in the winter. A real ski in, ski out location, because the piste runs along the house. The house is very spacious. On the ground floor you'll find 2 bedrooms, one of which is an interconnecting bedroom with bathroom to the second bedroom with double bed and a single high sleeper. On the first floor there's a kitchen diner with large dining table, a separate toilet and a ski storage. From here you also have access to a spacious terrace. Rauris is a very nice village with many facilities. The surrounding mountains are part of Hohe Tauern National Park and many activities are organised both in summer and winter. Rauris has its own skiing area, but if you want to go skiing somewhere else, you can easily get to the Gasteinertal or Hochkönig area.
