This holiday home is located on a property of 76 acres in the green heart of the slate region. It is a combination of two separate houses, making it ideal for groups and families. During construction high quality, natural materials have been used. On the ground floor are two well-equipped oak kitchens, which are so arranged that you can easily prepare large dinners. The stylish, spacious living space consists of a living room and a dining room with a wood stove in the middle. On the first floor are four large bedrooms and two bathrooms, and on the second floor is a cozy lounge corner where you can withdraw into yourself. There are two mezzanines, which amount to a further 2 bedrooms. At garden level is a playing and recreation room with TV, where both young and old can enjoy themselves, for example playing table football. Do you prefer to relax and unwind, you can do so in the jacuzzi or sauna. At the house are two terraces and a covered terrace with a barbecue, teak garden furniture, all with splendid views over the countryside of Les Vateaux. Behind the house flows a small river.
