There is a large balcony around the apartment. The owner also owns the adjoining Gasthof. Here you can use the wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, during the winter. (Solarium with a coinmachine) There is plenty to do in and around Krispl. The ski school and surveyable skiing area Gaissau is just around the corner. Extremely suitable for families who want to enjoy a variety of winter sports. Summer guests also have a great time with Salzburg less than 25 km away and a fantastic environment to enjoy nature.
