The villa consists of 3 floors and features a garden with a wonderful terrace. The pleasant living and dining room is a great place to gather and spend time together after a long day out in beautiful Tyrol. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first and second floors. On the first floor, you'll also find a nice lounge area. You'll feel right at home in this villa! Your villa is only a stone's throw away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The vibrant atmosphere of Kitzbühel's town centre, as well as the ski lifts, are within easy access (the nearest stop for the free ski bus is only 50m away). The surroundings of Kitzbühel make a true paradise for winter sports lovers, but also for hikers, nordic walkers, mountain bikers and golfers. Schwarzsee lake is only 3 kilometres away and well worth a visit! A nice place to enjoy the landscape, beautiful walks, stunning views and on hot summer days you can relax in the refreshing water.
