Comfortable and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, in a quiet location, less than a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The apartment features a pleasant kitchen with modern dining area, 4-burner hob, oven and microwave. Spacious living room with TV/DVD and comfortable sofas. Spacious south-facing balcony with table and chairs. Free parking at the apartment. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but accessed via a few steps. The free ski bus stops around the corner and will bring you to the main gondolas of the extensive skiing area of the Kitzbühel Alps. You can ski back to about 300 metres from the apartment. The cross-country trail starts at 200 metres from the apartment. Directly behind the apartment there's a beautiful hiking trail, leading to the centre of Kirchberg or to the 'Schwarzsee' and the golf course. During the summer you can also play mini golf close to the apartment.
