This very exclusive 5-star chalet is situated in a truly idyllic location in the well-known town of Wagrain. In winter, the ski run is practically next to the chalet, and you can start and end your skiing sessions right by the house. The terrace and gorgeous balconies offer stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. In summer, you'll experience nature and relaxation in the purest sense. The same goes for the atmosphere inside the house. Furnished with a wealth of natural materials and excellent attention to detail, its high-quality, atmospheric interior will make you feel right at home. The ground floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also features a wonderful communal sauna. The first floor has another two attractive bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Additionally, this floor contains the living area, which consists of a spacious living room with a beautiful wood stove, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large kitchen island and modern equipment. The upper floor, with its high ceiling and impressive use of magnificent "altholz", houses the master bedroom and the sixth bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom not only features a splendid decor but also has its own wood-burning stove, a private sauna and a bathroom in matching style. The extensive use of windows makes for wonderful views. As an extra service, a cleaner will come in twice a week (bathroom/kitchen/towels). This house is well worth 5 stars. It's heartily recommended! The town of Wagrain is well known and well loved, both in summer and in winter. The ski area is connected to Flachau on one side and to Alpendorf St. Johann on the other. The ski run is very close to the house. As the house is located just behind the village, amenities like restaurants, shops and bars are relatively close by.
