This comfortable apartment in Kirchberg enjoys an ideal location; less than a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The apartment has a spacious and bright, beautifully furnished living room with open kitchen, cosy dining area and large corner sofa (can also be used as sofa bed, 1.50 - 2.00 m) and TV/DVD. Access to a spacious, south-facing balcony (12 m²) with a magnificent view of the Gaisberg (outdoor furniture present). There's a large bedroom with double bed + bunk bed and access to the balcony. Luxurious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A shared washing machine/dryer can be found in the basement of the apartment building, as well as a ski storage room and a heated room for ski boots. Parking garage in the apartment building is included. . The free ski bus (bus stop around the corner) will bring you to the main gondolas of the extensive Kitzbüheler Alps skiing area in a few minutes. You can also ski back to approximately 250 m from the apartment. Cross-country skiing trails start at 350 m from the apartment. A beautiful walking trail to the 'Schwarzsee' lake passes by the apartment.
