There is also direct access to the spacious and modern open kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the lovely terrace with a wonderful view of the beautiful mountains. You have 4 bedrooms (one in the basement) with high quality beds and 3 modern bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub, at your disposal. You also have your own garage and, as a bonus, there is a huge common recreational area with, for example, a billiard table, a table-tennis table, poker table and an enormous television corner. This holiday home is perfectly suitable for 6 adults and 4 children or a maximum of 8 adults. The location, right on the piste, is perfect. The ski areas in Fieberbrunn, St Johann in Tyrol and Waidring are just a short distance away. And do not forget Austria's cross-country ski centre Hochfilzen only 10 minutes away. In the summer the Pillersee is a major attraction. A beautiful lake that is ideally located.
