Holiday home Aifnerspitze is located in a magnificent, sunny location at the edge of the village of Kauns. Named after the 2,779 m mountain in the immediate vicinity. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and has been furnished in a very tasteful way. The luxurious bathrooms with walk-in shower, the new kitchen and the beautiful oak sauna with relaxation room are good examples of this. The stove is decorative and can't be used. The surroundings are fantastic, the beautiful alpine village of Kauns is at your feet and walking trails start right at your door. The Kaunertal is also known for its glacier, which has an altitude of no less than 3,108 metres! Here you can go skiing or you can enjoy the eternal snow all year round. The skiing areas of Ried (Fendels) and Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis can easily be reached by car. There's a ski bus that leaves from the village. All in all, a great holiday home for anyone looking for luxury and complete privacy. The last 300 metres before the holiday home are over a steep mountain road.
