This beautiful small holiday complex is situated on the island of Elba, about 10 km from the Tuscan coast. Elba is the largest island of the Tuscan archipelago and at 224 km is the third largest Italian island after Sicily and Sardinia. The holiday complex is only 1 km from the beautiful bays of Zuccale and Barabarca. These bays consist of sand and fine gravel and are beautifully situated among the typical Mediterranean vegetation. The complex consists of 17 dwellings scattered along a green area of 14,000 m. Facilities of the complex include a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and child pool, a playground, barbecues, sun loungers, garden furniture and jeu-de-lit alley. You can enjoy a variety of sports here such as archery and beach volleyball. You can rent bicycles on site and use the common laundry. There is a shaded parking lot. The holiday complex has received the prestigious Ecological Quality EMAS II / ECOLABEL award. The European Ecolabel was developed for accommodations and services that deal with nature in a conscientious and respectful way. Examples include: the use of green building techniques employing natural materials (water-based paint, recycled wood, natural insulation) and an environmental policy aimed at energy conservation, without sacrificing comfort.
