This apartment is situated on an idyllic hillside (3500m2 area) with a view of the Kliensee Nature Reserve. The center of the town, with its shopping street, and the lake are both just a few minutes walk from here. Children will enjoy the playground with sandpit, slide, swings and a climbing area. A parking place and an enclosed bicycle storage area belong to the house. Guests can use the grassy area to play football. There is also a place for grilling. You can sunbathe on the private pier on Lake Klopeiner. This lake with its 28 C water is the warmest natural lake in Europe. The shallow water is perfect for children, who can also enjoy water slides and a sandbox. The strand is just a 10 minute walk far from the house where there is also a parking facility.
